Here you are asking: "what's next?" Well we're here to walk you through every step of the way! Below is a general overview of our process. You'll come to learn (if you haven't yet) that Kazzandra is very meticulous and communicative - from first contact to even after your final gallery or video is delivered, we've got you. There's nothing we love more than becoming friends with our clients! So let's get started!
First things first, we'll email you a questionnaire to fill out. This will help us learn more about what you are looking for and will help us generate your quote. We'd love to hop on a phone call, Zoom, or FaceTime to get to know each other and answer any questions that you have. After our chat, if you feel like we connect and the quote is within your budget, you simply hit "accept" and we move forward to the next step. If you have any questions that pop up after our chat, we're here to answer them all! Simply email, call, text, or carrier pigeon your questions to us.
Please be advised that quotes are valid for 30 days, and do not guarantee availability or booking as we book on a first come, first serve basis.
Bookings are confirmed once the initial non-refundable retainer is paid and the contract is signed by all clients.
After you have accepted the quote, we will email you an invoice and the contract for your session. At the time we send the invoice and contract, we will place a temporary 48 hour hold on your session date. This gives you 48 hours to read the contract prior to signing and make the non-refundable retainer payment to confirm your booking. The invoice will break down any payment amounts and due dates (if applicable), but the contract will include this information too. The contract will be sent via email and can be signed electronically. Once we countersign the contract, you will receive a copy of it for your records. If you don't receive the copy, we're happy to send one over to you. Payments can be made via cash, check, or online app payment.

No matter what your session is for, our photography package includes assistance determining where you'd like your session to take place and help figuring out styling/outfits if you'd like!
Fresh 48 Sessions: As we're sure you can imagine, these can be relatively difficult to plan because baby comes when baby wants to come! For this type of session, it's incredibly important to notify us when the baby is born. Not only because we'd love to celebrate and pray for your newest arrival, but so that we can also schedule a time to do your session within the first 48 hours of your sweet bundle of joy's life! We will come to your hospital room, midwife center, or home and capture photos of your sweet newborn. We'll help you put them in different outfits, with different signs if you want them, different swaddles, and we'll even capture those hospital moments that may seem mundane but can truly be magical.
Newborns: Many people are accustomed to the highly stylized newborn photos - meticulously styled and positioned, typically in a studio setting. While we love our photog friends who do this type of work, it's just not us. We prefer to capture newborns during an in home session. What does this mean? It means we come and hang out with you at home! Whether it's hanging out on the couch admiring your newest bundle, cuddling in the nursery, or that sweet feeding time, we want to capture these moments that feel like you and your family.
Proposals: oOo Kazzandra loves planning these!! Game faces on! Let's plan a proposal that kicks off your next special season of life in the best way. Does your significant other get suspicious or is difficult to surprise? No worries! We can arrange a day before ring / ring box pick up so that the ring is ready to go but your significant other is none the wiser. We will formulate a plan that includes a specific prompt so that you and soon to be fiancé are in a good spot and so that we can get in a good spot! That way, when you're ready to get down on one knee, we're ready to capture it!
One of the most important pieces of advice we can give you - take time before your session to get in a positive and happy headspace. Give yourself extra time that day to get ready, extra time to travel to the location, or extra time to tidy up if we're doing an in-home session. Jam out to your favorite songs, and love on yourself and each other! A good mood will shine through the photos!
When our editing and internal reviewing process is complete, we will upload your edited photos and video(s) to a private online gallery for your convenience regarding viewing, downloading, ordering prints, and sharing. We will also upload any videos to our YouTube channel so you can easily share that link with friends and family as well! Our only request is that you tag our social medias appropriately. We are a small, family owned and operated business - word of mouth is one of the most effective ways we can grow our business so that we can care for ourselves and our family. We appreciate you. :)
