For Wedding Clients

Here you are asking: "what's next?" Well we're here to walk you through every step of the way! Below is a general overview of our process. Go ahead and fill out our contact form and we'll send you our "Prospective Client Guide" which includes everything you need to know about moving forward with us as part of your vendor team. You'll come to learn (if you haven't yet) that Kazzandra is very meticulous and communicative - from first contact to even after your final gallery or video is delivered, we're in this with you. There's nothing we love more than becoming friends with our clients! So let's get started!

Questionnaire + Quote

First things first, we'll email you a questionnaire to fill out. This will help us learn more about what you are looking for and will help us generate your quote. We'd love to hop on a phone call, Zoom, or FaceTime to get to know each other and answer any questions that you have. After our chat, if you feel like we connect and the quote is within your budget, you simply hit "accept" and we move forward to the next step. If you have any questions that pop up after our chat, we're here to answer them all! Simply email, call, text, or carrier pigeon your questions to us.

Please be advised that quotes are valid for 30 days, and do not guarantee availability or booking as we book on a first come, first serve basis.

Bookings are confirmed once the initial non-refundable retainer is paid and the contract is signed by all clients.

Invoice + Contract

After you have accepted the quote, we will email you an invoice and the contract for your wedding. At the time we send the invoice and contract, we will place a temporary 48 hour hold on your wedding date. This gives you 48 hours to read the contract prior to signing and make the non-refundable retainer payment to confirm your booking. The invoice will break down payment amounts and due dates, but the contract will include this information too. The contract will be sent via email and can be signed electronically. Once we countersign the contract, you will receive a copy of it for your records. If you don't receive the copy, we're happy to send one over to you. Payments can be made via cash, check, or online app payment.

Woohoo! Now it's time for the fun stuff! We have created three different wedding guides - an extensive one for our couples, and two shorter ones for your families and wedding parties. We've found that a lot of couples, families, and wedding parties can feel like they're walking into a wedding day blind - where they need to be, what can they do, what to expect - so we designed these guides to give some insight into how your loved ones can be assets and help us make your day the best. day. ever!

Engagement photo sessions - we LOVE this time together! These sessions allow us to work together prior to your wedding day and allow us to continue to get to know each other without the pressure of a timeline. It's also a great opportunity to get photos for save the dates, invitations, wedding websites, or simply just to have printed and framed at home!

It's common for us to hear that clients are nervous about hiring a vendor who has not yet worked at their particular venue. We hope to ease those concerns through our venue walkthroughs! We love getting to see your venue beforehand - it's a great opportunity to better plan out the day. It is also the perfect time to work out some logistics, especially if you're looking to do a first touch or first look!

Whether it is created by you, us, or another wedding vendor, we are of the mind that a wedding day timeline is a necessity! Ever seen the meme about "going with the flow...but when does the flow start?" That's Kazzandra! :) But really, timelines allow everyone to know what is going on and when so that all vendors and participants are on the same page. If Kazzandra is doing your wedding day timeline, she will work closely with you and the other members of your vendor team to make sure the timeline works for everyone and covers what you want to do on your special day.

Day Of

Oh my gosh, your wedding day is finally here! By now, we've already been communicating quite a bit, so we hope that our presence feels less like a camera crew and more like friends joining in on your special day. We'll let you in on a little matter how much planning you do, something is bound to change or not go...let's say according to plan! Trust us, we know this personally!! Don't let this scare you though, not only can we help you create back up plans for any of your concerns, but you've hired a team of wedding vendors and troubleshooting is part of the job. :) Our goals are: (1) as minimal stress as possible, and (2) to be that gentle reminder that the wedding day is a celebration of your love - all the matters at the end of the day is you two.

The Aftermath

Your package selection will determine the timeline for when you will see previews, your full photo gallery, and/or your wedding video. We upload your edited photos and video(s) to a private online gallery for your convenience regarding viewing, downloading, ordering prints, and sharing. We will also upload any wedding videos to our YouTube channel so you can easily share that link with friends and family as well! Our only request is that you tag our social medias appropriately. We are a small, family owned and operated business - word of mouth is one of the most effective ways we can grow our business so that we can care for ourselves and our family. We appreciate you. :)
